1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request is submitted within the eligible return window
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Perishable goods or consumable items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
- Contact Us — Email us at support@nerozegloballlc.com or call us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide Your Order Details — Share your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
- Receive Return Authorization — Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the Item Back — Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address
- Confirmation & Refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
4. Return Shipping
- Defective or Wrong Items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping
- Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account
If rejected:
- We will notify you with the reason and return the item to you at your expense
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our support team and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process upon delivery
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary
- Contact your bank directly
